Allow us 1-2 days to handle your order to shipping company and another 2-3 days for delivery, Please provide a detailed address as much as you can.

Any purchase during clearance or special events are non-refundable 

Delivery will be through Aramex, they don't allow to open package before receiving and paying in full, however you still have 5 days to return or exchange your item.
